David leads Strategic Support Systems with over 33 years of IT systems design, implementation and management experience. As an ambitious information technology leader, he has lead in the challenges of company start-ups and new technology implementation.

David has served in a leadership position for several organizations and holds a degree in Business Administration/Computer Information Systems from Southwest Texas State University.
